We are pleased to announce that Ripley Dental reopened on Monday 8th June 2020!
Due to the lockdown, we had to cancel many appointments and will be prioritising appointments for our existing patients in order of urgency, based on dental emergencies or appointments cancelled.
We ask for your patience as we work through this process. And please, visit only if you have an appointment.
Ripley Dental has always maintained highest standards in patient safety and comfort, which is why we have taken the past three months of closure to upgrade the clinic and introduce these new measures to keep our patients and staff SAFER than ever.
As you know, we have always kept the clinic very clean and safe. However, we have added hand sanitisers at the entry points, upgraded our PPE, and altered our paths to accommodate social distancing.
Between all appointments, our dental team will thoroughly disinfect the dental surgery, reducing the risk of exposure while you are in our dental chair.
You can also expect these changes:
- We will conduct pre-screening tests of every patient, including taking temperatures upon arrival.
- We will book appointments at intervals that ensure no overcrowding, so you can feel confident that we all are observing social distancing.
- We ask that wait in your car — or in a safe place outside our doors — until called in. We will notify you via your phone when it’s time to enter the practice.
- All relevant forms will be on an electronic device, so you won’t have to touch a pen or paper. We ask that you pay using a contactless card.
All these steps will greatly reduce touch points during your visit.
As soon as possible, we will be in touch.
We do appreciate your patience during this time, and look forward to seeing you soon!
