If you play any sports where you could injure your mouth, you may benefit from wearing a mouthguard:

- Those who partake in sports such as gymnastics, boxing or skating have a higher risk of experiencing dental injuries.

- A mouth protector can cushion any blows, protecting against broken teeth, bitten lips or jaw damage.

- Your dentist will be able to provide a custom mouthguard designed to fit your mouth which will be much more effective than a non-custom protector.
