Proper Dental Care Combats Receding Gums

Receding gums are often a result of periodontal or gum disease and the best way of avoiding periodontal disease is to follow a good dental care regimen.

Brushing and flossing the teeth regularly is not enough, and is often done incorrectly which:

– Allows bacteria to accumulate along the gum line

– Irritates gum tissue

-Leads to infection and loose teeth
