A cosmetic dentistry procedure has various phases. The first step is to make sure your teeth are perfectly aligned. The second phase is whitening the teeth. For this treatment we use modern teeth whitening gels.

The treatment typically takes around two weeks to achieve your desired shade. The final stage in the process is to make any corrections to chips, pits or any imperfections in the teeth. This is done with a tooth coloured composite resin material, which is gently bonded to the surface of your tooth to repair any parts that are missing. Orthodontics can typically take from 6 to 12 months.

What if this Conservative Cosmetic Dentistry Approach Takes Too Long?

As described above, the entire process can take up to a year. The process maintains as much of your natural tooth as possible, which is the most healthy and holistic option.

However, we realise that sometimes people would rather have a more rapid result and if this is the case then we can consider a combination of teeth whitening, veneers and dental crowns. We are also able to provide immediate or instant veneers by using a composite resin material.
